Veterans Voyage Trips
We provide organised trips and breaks for Armed Forces veterans and their families, with many costs subsidised through grants and donations from generous individuals to keep them accessible and affordable. These experiences are designed to support wellbeing, connection, and recovery while giving veterans the opportunity to enjoy meaningful time away in a safe and supportive environment.
Before booking, please ensure you have read all trip terms and information carefully to make sure the experience is suitable and right for you. This includes understanding the itinerary, travel arrangements, accommodation, physical activity levels, and any requirements associated with the trip. If you are unsure please fill out a contact form and a member of the team will be in touch.
Important Information
Accessibility & Support
At Veterans Voyage CIC, we aim to make our trips welcoming, inclusive, and accessible wherever possible. Through our expressions of interest form for each trip, we believe together we can consider all mobility, medical and accessibility requirements. Once submitted, we can advise you on the type of coach in use, the room types available and discuss any other questions you may have.
Coach Travel
Most trips use standard touring coaches and participants should generally be able to:
Board and leave the coach safely
Travel independently or with a companion/carer if support is required
Manage mobility equipment where needed
Some folding mobility aids may be accommodated, however this is subject to space, and coach provider restrictions.
Carers & Support
Veterans Voyage CIC is not a care provider, and staff or volunteers cannot provide personal care, medication administration or care support during trips. Participants who require assistance should travel with an appropriate carer or companion.
Accommodation & Activities
We aim to use accessible accommodation where possible, although accessible rooms and walk-in showers may be limited and subject to availability.
Some trips and activities may involve:
Walking distances
Uneven ground or steps
Busy group environments
Personal Property
Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings, mobility equipment, and medical items throughout the trip.
Questions Before Booking
