  • Yes. Veterans Voyage CIC welcomes support from people who want to get involved and help us deliver meaningful trips and experiences for veterans.

    We have a range of ways you can contribute, depending on your skills, experience, and availability. This may include supporting with trip delivery, helping with administration, assisting with events, or providing specialist skills such as logistics, coordination, or wellbeing support.

    All volunteers are valued members of the team and play an important role in helping us run safe, well-organised, and enjoyable experiences.

  • Yes. Veterans Voyage CIC does accept in-kind donations where they are appropriate and useful to our work.

    This may include contributions such as:

    • Professional skills offered voluntarily (e.g. photography, administration, logistics)

    • Items that directly benefit participants or help reduce operational costs

    All in-kind donations are reviewed to ensure they are safe, suitable, and aligned with the needs of our trips and participants.

    If you are considering making an in-kind donation, please contact us in advance so we can discuss what would be most helpful and how it can be best used.

  • Yes. Veterans Voyage CIC welcomes the opportunity for individuals, organisations, or partners to sponsor specific trips.

    Trip sponsorship helps us directly cover costs such as transport, accommodation, activities, and subsistence, allowing more veterans to attend at a reduced or fully subsidised rate.

    Sponsors may choose to:

    • Support a full trip or contribute towards part of it

    • Fund specific elements such as travel, accommodation, or excursions

    • Help reduce the overall cost for participants

    All sponsorship is used transparently to benefit the trip and its participants. Where appropriate, we are also happy to acknowledge sponsors in trip materials or communications, unless anonymity is preferred.
